Hormonious ("we" or "our") helps you track your hormonal health, nutrition, and movement across every life stage. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and process your personal data when you use the Hormonious app (the "App") or other Hormonious products and services (the "Services") and the choices you have.
We share data with third-party subprocessors listed in the "Third-Party Services and Subprocessors" section above for the specific purposes described. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
We share personal data only with third parties that provide the same or equal protection of your data as described in this policy. Each subprocessor is bound by contractual terms requiring them to process your data solely to provide their service to us, to keep it confidential and secure, and not to use it for their own purposes — including, for the AI services that power the AI Coach, a commitment not to use your data to train their models.
We may also disclose personal data when required by law, including in response to court orders or subpoenas. We will comply with applicable legal requirements — but we will attempt to notify you before doing so to the extent we are legally permitted, and will seek to narrow the scope of any such request where possible.
We treat your menstrual and reproductive health data as especially sensitive. We do not voluntarily share this data with law enforcement or any third party outside the scenarios described above.
We do not sell your data. We do not share personal health information with advertisers. We do not use your health data to build advertising profiles.
We retain your account and health data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you within the timeframe required by applicable law, and will describe the nature of the breach, the data affected, and the steps we are taking in response.
You have the right to know what data we hold about you, request deletion, correct inaccurate data, and receive a copy of your data. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by California law.

You must be 18 or older to use this app. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have collected data from someone under 18, please contact us immediately.
You can request deletion of your account and all personal data linked to your identity at any time by contacting support@hormoniousapp.com. We will process your deletion request and remove all identifiable data within 30 days. We may retain de-identified, aggregated, or anonymized data (such as usage patterns and retention metrics) for product analytics and improvement purposes, but this data cannot be linked back to you.
We will notify you of material changes via the App or other means of notification as appropriate.
