The app includes an AI-powered health coach built on Anthropic's Claude technology. You should understand the following:
You must be 18 or older to create an account. By using this app, you confirm you meet this requirement.
Subscriptions are billed through Apple In-App Purchases and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
All content, features, and functionality of this app — including the AI coach, designs, text, and graphics — are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
You may not use this app for any unlawful purpose, or attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the AI coach, or use the app in any way that could harm or overburden our systems.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including data loss or health outcomes — arising from your use of the app. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the app in violation of these terms or applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco, California. Before filing any legal action, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution in writing, with 30 days to respond, before escalating to litigation.
We will notify you of material changes to these terms via the app or email before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
